Exciting news! After much planning and construction, Benchmark Builders put the finishing touches on the clubhouse at Traditions at Whitehall last week - and it's now open for residents to enjoy!

This beautiful building is the heart of our 55+ active adult community in Middletown, DE, and provides a place for people to mingle, relax, and enjoy the amenities within - including a sleek fitness center, a cozy recreation room, and a kitchen with plenty of snacking space. And it's gorgeous inside AND out, featuring a broad patio overlooking the pond that's complete with a grill, fire pit and chairs.

To give a warm welcome to this community hub, we invited our residents to celebrate with us Wednesday, December 13 in an evening of food, festivities and fun. Thanks to all who attended - we're looking forward to seeing you around the clubhouse again soon!
