These can range from small cottage-style homes to spacious estates on big lots. We’ve got several single-family quick move-in homes in our Middletown communities.

Take the Town of Whitehall, for example. Its innovative approach to a fusion of small-town living and suburban comfort is great for families – there’s an elementary school right in the neighborhood, and plenty of parks and green space to enjoy. We’ve got a few quick move-in homes here, including two that will be ready by the time next school year starts.

If you’re looking for a larger home, head south a few minutes to the Reserve at the Ponds of Odessa. Coming up at nearly 3,000 square feet, this Oxford estate model has everything you could want in a home and more – and it’ll be ready for move-in by early autumn.

55+ Homes

These homes are constructed within our two 55+ active adult communities, which means they come with all the recreation & community perks those neighborhoods offer. They’re built with comfort and convenience in mind but also shine with the latest finishes and features.

We’re about to sell out at the Village of Eastridge, nestled just southwest of Smyrna, so our quick deliveries here are among the very last opportunities to move into a brand new home in this wonderful neighborhood! Carriage Homes & Townhomes

As noted above, carriage homes – and townhomes, too – are perfect choices for a lower price point. The Ponds of Odessa offers both: carriages are two homes attached together, while townhomes come in larger sets. Both options, though, have our signature home features like large bedrooms and open-concept spaces.

Availability on current quick deliveries at Ponds of Odessa ranges from late summer into early 2025 – so if you’re not quite ready to move, but you’re interested in the homes and neighborhood, you're got some time!
