This plan offers 4 large bedrooms and 2 ½ baths. The main bedroom features 2 walk-in closets, a sitting room, large owner's bath with 5' walk-in shower and double bowl vanity. (Soaking tub and freestanding tub options are available.)

The main level includes a formal dining room, formal living room, study and laundry room. The kitchen features 42" maple cabinets by Century Kitchens, a 7' island, granite countertops and stainless appliances. It flows into the breakfast area and is open to the family room. You can even add a sunroom off the kitchen/breakfast area, giving you even more space to entertain!

This home also offers an option for a first floor in-law suite with private bath.
